|
Fitness Center can be used between the hours of 09:00 – 12:00 and 14:00 – 19:00. Responsibility for use an equipment in the fitness center belong to the user. Guests who are under 18 years old can use the fitness center with their parents.

Mini Club
|
Teddy Club is in service between the hours of 10:00 – 12:00 and 15:00 – 17:00 for the ages between 04 – 12 . (Mini Club serves only in the high season)

Beach Towels
|
You may have the colorful beach towels by giving your towel cards to the pool staff between 09:00 – 11:00. However, you may take your towel cards back by giving the dirty towels to same staff. Please do not forget to give back your towel cards to the reception when you are checking out.

Swimming Pool
|
Our hotel has one swimming pool for adults and a seperate swimming pool for children. Pool is open until 20:30. Using the pool after 20:30 is dangers for your health because of disinfection.

Chaise Lounges
|
You can use the Chaise lounges free of charge at the pool and beach area. Please do not put your towels on the chaise lounges for reservation before 08:00. Otherwise, your towels are taken away by staff and Hotel manegement does not take responsiblity for your lost property.

Water Sports
|
You can use the canoe and bicycle in our Water Sports Center at the beach. These items are free of charge, between the hour of 10:00 – 12:00 and 14:00 – 17:00.

Trustworthy Safe
|
The hotel manegement is not responsible for loss of valuable possesions or the cash in their rooms. Please use the safe deposite which are free of charge. You may have the magnetic key from the reception.

HOTEL RULES
· Check out time is 12:00 o'clock from your room. After that, you may put your laguage into concierge room where near reception.
· According to check out procedure, you are supposed to give back your room key, safe key, wirst band, towel card and extra credit card to the reception.
· Please inform reception one day before if you need a room extension or early check out
· Please report all defects to reception about your room.
· If you would like to have benefit from the laundry service, please use the plastic bags that is in your room. Your laundry is taken till 11:00 and next day they are handed over as cleaned and washed.
· Please do not use your white room towels at the beach or swimming pool.
· Please do not hang your laundry on the balcony
· Please keep your valuable things in the safe boxes in the room. You may have the magnetic key from reception
· Hotel management is not responsible for your lost objects in your room or other places within the hotel.
· Please do not drink the tap water in your room.
· Please do not change the channels on TV sets. The channels are set by the technicians.
· For your complains and suggestions, please inform us with our questionare forms in your room. You may put into the enquiry boxes.
